It is a way to build one shared itinerary, share it view-only with a group, and control who can edit. For managing bookings, payments, or multiple client trips, you would still use your existing tools.
Can I stop people from changing the plan?
Yes. Set everyone except yourself to viewer, and the itinerary stays exactly as you built it while the whole group can still follow it.
