Essentials holds what you need before you leave: bookings, the files behind them, what each traveller needs to enter the country, and notes.
Keep each booking next to its file
Add a flight, hotel, transport, or activity booking with a date and a status: pending, confirmed, or cancelled. Upload the confirmation and link it to that booking. Give a passport or visa an expiry date and it shows on the file.
Upload a file and let Jonetsu fill it in
Choose Ask Jonetsu and upload a ticket, confirmation, visa, or insurance file. Jonetsu reads it and proposes a booking, the saved file, and matching itinerary items. Nothing is added until you confirm.
Check entry rules for each traveller
Essentials lists what each traveller needs to enter, by nationality: visa-free, e-Visa, visa on arrival, or an embassy visa. Each item links to the official source. Confirm there before you travel, because entry rules change.
Write down the details people ask for
Keep the door code, the host’s number, or the late check-in instructions in a note on the trip, where everyone on it can find them.
