Approve every change first

Questions get an answer straight away, because they change nothing. Requests that would change the trip come back as a proposal. Approve it, edit it, or dismiss it.

The assistant reads your days, bookings, checklists, expenses, and Collaborators. So “what else should I pack?” and “what do I owe?” work without extra context.
